whoami — the short version
#intro#about#networking
$ whoami
Hey — I'm Giovanny JR Valerio, aka NetworkGio. I work with networks for a living and break things on purpose in my home lab so I don't break them at 2am in production.
The short bio
- Studying for CCNA and stacking Linux fundamentals alongside it.
- Comfortable in a CLI, happier in a CLI, will probably die in a CLI.
- Currently obsessed with automation — if I've typed the same command three times, it's getting scripted.
What this site is
A working logbook. Three rooms:
/study-notes— the stuff I'm actively learning, written for future-me./ccna— chapter-by-chapter CCNA notes as I grind through the blueprint./blog— lab write-ups, field notes, and the occasional rant about cable management.
Why publish it
Two reasons:
- Writing forces me to actually understand a topic instead of just nodding at a YouTube video.
- If a note here saves somebody a 2am incident or a re-take of an exam, that's a win — even if that somebody is just me, six months from now.
Stick around. More posts incoming.
